Trouble signing into McAfee

Why does it say my "username and password is invalid" when I try to download my McAfee software from my SuperPass or Real Broadband Essentials account?

The McAfee password is completely different from your SuperPass or RealPlayer password, but it is still associated with the same email address.

1. Sign into SuperPass.
2. Try to download McAfee Virus Scan or Firewall from the Benefits page.
3. On the McAfee sign in page, click forgot your password? and enter your account email address.
4. McAfee will email you the four-digit password they created for your account. (If you haven't received it after 15 minutes, check your Spam or Junk Mail folder in case your mail program routed the message there.)
5. Sign in with your email and the password from McAfee. Install your product.
